Subscription credits refresh each monthly cycle and include plan benefits. Credit Pack credits last one year, but never change your plan or account benefits.
Upgrades and monthly-to-annual changes take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes start when the current paid period ends.
Annual plans are billed once per year and deliver credits in 12 monthly cycles. Unused subscription credits do not roll into the next cycle.
